ESP Exhibition Limitedのために開発された究極のパーツ、ESP カスタムラボ・アルティメイトシリーズ。
-Direction- はフィクスドブリッジとしての基本性能を高めたブリッジです。サイドとバックの壁に厚みを持たせプレートの質量を増すことで、ロングサスティンとタイトなローエンドを生み出すと共に、多面カットにより安定した右手のホールド感が得られます。ブリッジ前側の両端にビスを追加し、ギター本体への確実な固定が可能。プレートの弦穴エッジにはフィレット(丸み)を付け、弦切れを防きます。また、オクターブ調整幅に余裕を持たせており、幅広いセッティングに対応します。
ソリッドブラスをCNCマシニングにより高精度に削り出した本体とサドル、オクターブビスと弦高調整ビスはステンレス製。表面処理は艶消しメッキ仕上げです。
ボディバックの裏通し部には、ESP String Back Plate 6の使用をお勧めします。
Is it possible to put this bridge instead of an Hipshot bridge ?!
Is it possible to mount that bridge on ESP Original M-II NT instead of the Hipshot bridge ?

In conclusion, it is possible to install ESP FB20-6 on ESP M-II NT instead of the Hipsho bridge. But, there are some problems.
- String pitch on FB20-6 is 10.8mm, and 10.57mm on Hipshot, so the string holes on the bridge plate and holes on the body are slightly misaligned. (Strings still can go thru though.)
- The HIPSHOT bridge plate is 3mm longer toward the neck, so you can see the HIPSHOT installation marks on the body.
- The bridge mounting screw positions are different on these two bridges, but no problem to install it with making new screw holes.
